This EP tells a story of a Doormaster, the main character in this tale. The Doormaster holds the responsibility of crafting doors in a foreign land, not only fashioning them but carrying every door they've ever created throughout their life. It is up to them to fight through the unfair tides of life, opening and closing doors not just for themselves but for those around them, illuminating many lives along the way. The Doormaster has a difficult task; while opening doors comes off as an easy task, closing some proves to be immensely arduous and painful. This EP is an ode to the Doormaster and the profound beauty they impart to the world.

The first track defined the sound and the atmosphere of the EP and it's my favorite piece of music that I've ever created. It was made two years ago and I've waited for quite some time to find a place for it in a release. The three other tracks were so easy to make after I found a story to tell. I've finished them in a month and a half.
A lot of new influences including electronica and more prevailing synths made these tracks stand out of my usual comfort zone of soundscapes. This EP was supposed to be the third one but I got so inspired that it got finished quicker than the almost finished EP I started working on years ago.
